Appointments and enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and message, together with any treatment, date, location or contact details you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive health or payment information in the website form.
We use these details to answer you, discuss availability and manage any resulting appointment. We rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing our agreement with you, and our legitimate interests in responding to general enquiries and keeping necessary business records. We do not add enquiry details to the Club marketing list without your consent.
The website enquiry form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our business inbox hosted by Yahoo. Email sent to our published address is routed by Cloudflare to that inbox. These providers process information to operate and protect their services.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and administer the relationship. Appointment, financial or dispute records may need to be kept longer to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We review information and remove it when no longer needed.
The Perfect Finish Club
Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a paid membership. We collect your first and last name, email address, any optional phone number you provide, your signup and consent records, subscription status and records of the emails we send.
With your consent, we send Perfect Finish London nail education emails, launch updates, founding-member information and early-access offers. An optional phone number is not consent to marketing calls or texts.
Resend manages the Club mailing list and sends confirmation, welcome and marketing emails. New website subscribers confirm their email address before joining the list. Cloudflare processes signup requests, protects the form with Turnstile and stores confirmation and consent records. Historical MailerLite records are retained to document earlier consent and respect subscription choices. Existing subscribers are not sent another welcome because of the transfer.
Unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email, or contact [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We keep marketing information while you remain subscribed and it is needed for the Club and education updates. Unconfirmed signup requests are eligible for removal seven days after their confirmation link expires; expired records are removed when the signup service next processes a request. After an opt-out, we retain the minimum records needed to respect your choice and demonstrate consent. We rely on our legitimate interests for these records and for protecting the mailing list from abuse.

Website and service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Service providers may process IP addresses, browser information and technical request records to deliver the website, prevent abuse and keep their services secure. Cloudflare Turnstile checks Club signup requests for automated abuse. Google reCAPTCHA may be used on the enquiry submission pages for spam protection.
Providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards must cover those transfers, such as standard contractual clauses and the relevant UK addendum. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry or subscription.

We do not sell your personal information or make solely automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal information. You can withdraw consent, object to direct marketing at any time, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

We will update this notice if our handling of information changes.
